Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and collect customer data prior to arrival.
• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner.
• Provide a complete written cost estimate for labor and parts and establish promised time.
• Check progress of repairs and update customers on changes with explanations.
• Test-drive the vehicle or refer to the test technician as needed.
• Maintain customer satisfaction index at or above the manufacturer/branch average.
• Advise customers on vehicle care per manufacturers' specs and maintenance menus.
