Job summary

Gurley Leep Automotive Group, including Toyota on Edens, is seeking a Service Advisor to connect customers with the service team, explain vehicle needs, and recommend maintenance and repairs. You will help ensure every visit is a positive experience and build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of service writing experience in a dealership.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Automotive knowledge preferred.
• DealerTrack experience preferred.
• Xtime experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• You will be the connection between customers and the service team to understand vehicle needs and recommend maintenance and repairs.
• You will ensure every visit is a great experience by following through on customer needs and service recommendations.
