Job summary

Toyota on Edens, part of Gurley Leep Automotive Family, is seeking a Service Advisor in Northbrook, IL. You’ll bridge customers and the service team, explaining vehicle needs, recommending maintenance, and ensuring a positive visit, with a focus on building lasting relationships.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of service-writing experience in a dealership, a valid license, and a knowledge of automotive systems. Training and growth opportunities are available in a family-owned group.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 year of service writing experience in a dealership.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Automotive knowledge and experience preferred
• DealerTrack experience preferred
• Xtime experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as the connection between customers and the service team, helping customers understand vehicle needs and recommending maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure every visit is a great experience by following through and communicating clearly with customers.
• Build lasting customer relationships and loyalty through attentive service and follow-up.
