Job summary

Toyota on Edens, part of Gurley Leep Automotive Family, is seeking a Service Advisor in Northbrook, IL. You’ll bridge customers and the service team, explaining vehicle needs, recommending maintenance, and ensuring a positive visit, with a focus on building lasting relationships.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of service-writing experience in a dealership, a valid license, and a knowledge of automotive systems. Training and growth opportunities are available in a family-owned group.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Automotive knowledge and experience preferred
• DealerTrack experience preferred
• Xtime experience preferred

Responsibilities

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the connection between our customers and service team—helping customers understand their vehicle’s needs, recommending maintenance and repairs, and making sure every visit is a great experience. Your communication and follow-through will help build lasting customer relationships and loyalty.
