Job summary

Ford of Pleasanton in Pleasanton, TX is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our fast-paced, award-winning team. You will greet customers, document repair requests, and coordinate with technicians to deliver timely, accurate service while building lasting relationships.

You'll use dealership management systems, communicate proactively with customers via phone, text, and email, and help achieve our goals for satisfaction and profitability. Experience preferred; driver’s license required.
