Priority Honda Roanoke is seeking a Service Advisor to connect customers with our service department and ensure a positive customer experience. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

You will greet customers, gather repair needs, write repair orders, and provide accurate estimates. A valid driver’s license is required, and evenings/weekends may be needed to support dealership operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver�s license.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls professionally.
• Greet customers and identify service needs.
• Prepare repair orders in the ADP system.
• Communicate costs and timelines to customers.
• Follow up with customers during repair to update status.
• Process payments for services.
• Deliver vehicle to customer after service.
