Job summary

Cella Ford, Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, gather vehicle information, and schedule maintenance. You will report symptoms clearly, prepare labor and parts estimates, and keep customers updated on progress throughout the day.

Qualified candidates have automotive knowledge, a customer-first mindset, and at least 1 year in a service department. A long-term career with a growing organization is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience at a Ford dealership is a plus.
• Ability to identify problems quickly.
• Knowledge of automobiles.
• Proven record of exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Minimum of 1 year in service department.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Positive, friendly attitude.
• Long-term career focus with a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly.
• Obtain customer and vehicle information.
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage and history.
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of labor and parts.
• Establish follow up time.
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle, update customers frequently.
• Verify final invoice reconciles with work performed.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.
