Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Truck Service Advisor to deliver high-quality customer service, manage work orders, and handle OTC transactions at our travel centers. You will source parts, coordinate delivery, and prepare shift reports while maintaining a clean, safe service area.

Ideal candidates have cashier/customer service background, good communication, and strong suggestive selling skills. A valid driver's license and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior cashier and customer service experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process work orders and OTC transactions.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Prepare end-of-shift drop and shift reports; communicate quotes to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of service counters and restrooms; ensure safety.
• Assist with duties across the parts shop and customer service desk.
