Lithia & Driveway Audi Coral Springs is seeking a Service Advisor to bridge customers and our technicians. You will initiate service requests, verify coverage, develop estimates and write repair orders to keep vehicles moving.

The role emphasizes clear communication, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates bring service-advisor experience, a basic mechanical understanding, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Prior automotive technician experience is a plus.
• Team player focused on exemplary customer service.
• Basic mechanical understanding of automobiles.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Initiate services and repairs by identifying performance problems and service requests.
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage.
• Develop estimates and write repair orders (RO).
• Maintain customer records and communicate needs to technicians.
• Calculate customer payments, including deductibles.
• Prepare RO and enter into service database system.
• Communicate additional service needs to customers based on inspection.
