Job summary
Greenway Kia Hickory Hollow is seeking an experienced automotive Service Advisor to join our Antioch, TN dealership. The ideal candidate will greet customers, interpret service needs, and coordinate with technicians to determine repairs and alternatives while aiming for outstanding customer satisfaction.
The role includes managing service delivery expectations, communicating repair status, and processing final invoices.
Qualifications
- One year of dealership Service Advisor experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license and be in good standing
- CDK experience preferred
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and integrity
Responsibilities
- Greets and consults with customers to interpret their needs and arrange for service
- Serves as the primary point of contact for all service and repair matters
- Consult with mechanics about necessary repairs and possible alternatives
- Sells additional needed services
- Sets and manages the expectations for service delivery for both customers and mechanics
- Continuously updates customers on repair needs and completion times
- Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Must have availability to work on Saturdays
