Qualifications

• 3+ years of Service (Writer) experience preferred.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Competent level of computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
• Receive customers and their vehicles promptly.
• Communicate with technicians and relay diagnostic results.
• Present and sell technician recommendations to customers.
• Close repair orders with customers at pickup.
