Bredemann Toyota seeks Service Advisors for a late morning shift (Tue–Fri 9am–6pm; Sat 7:30am–5pm) to support expansion and 22 additional bays. The store ranks among the state's top performers and serves as the district parts center with fast parts availability.

Ideal candidates bring Toyota/Lexus experience, dealership background, teamwork, and strong computer skills. Responsibilities include estimating services, advising customers, updating statuses, and resolving issues.

Qualifications

• Toyota/Lexus experience preferred.
• Previous Advisor, Dealership experience required.
• Experience working in teams preferred.
• MUST be proficient using a computer.
• MUST have strong organizational and time management skills.
• MUST have strong customer service and communication skills.
• MUST have valid IL drivers license and pass a background check before starting in this role.

Responsibilities

• Utilize walk around process to increase customer awareness of vehicle condition and build rapport
• Generate service order estimates/quotes for customers
• Make suggestions to customers forrecommended services based on customer's vehicle condition and mileage
• Conduct timely vehicle status updates and post-repair follow up - phone calls and emails/texts to customers
• Resolve customer complaints
