Job summary

Responsibilities include greeting customers, presenting service options and costs, scheduling, coordinating with technicians, maintaining records, and handling invoices.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive setting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with service department operations and procedures.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (background, MVR, drug test).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and document vehicle issues clearly.
• Explain services and costs and obtain customer approval.
• Schedule appointments and manage service bay availability.
• Coordinate with technicians for timely repairs.
