Job summary

Schulte Subaru in Sioux Falls, SD seeks a Service Advisor to be a primary contact for customers, handling service requests and guiding maintenance decisions. You will process repair orders, communicate progress, and ensure accurate vehicle and customer information is recorded.

The role emphasizes professional presence, strong communication, and teamwork within a customer-focused service department, with a schedule Monday–Friday, typical daytime hours.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain accurate information about customer and vehicle information.
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on the age, mileage, and history of the vehicle.
• Monitor progress of vehicles throughout the day and update customers on that progress.
• Give a detailed explanation of work performed and charges to customers.
• Generate and complete repair orders and collect payments for work performed in a timely manner.
• Assist the service team and management with other tasks and events as needed.
