Job summary

Tonkin Gresham Honda in Troutdale, OR seeks a professional Service Advisor to guide customers through service and repair needs, setting accurate expectations and delivering a smooth, welcoming experience. You’ll coordinate with technicians and parts staff and keep customers informed from drop-off to pick-up.

As part of a growing Service Department, you’ll contribute to teamwork, integrity, and outstanding customer care, with a strong emphasis on communication and follow‑through.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt and professional manner upon arrival.
• Accurately document customer concerns and recommend necessary services.
• Communicate effectively with technicians and parts staff to coordinate repairs.
