Job summary

Stew Hansen Hyundai, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, schedule maintenance, and coordinate vehicle servicing with the team.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with extended hours once per week, weekend rotation, and Sundays off, plus a competitive benefits package including medical/dental/vision and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Greet all customers promptly and professionally.
• Listen to inquiries, identify service needs, resolve concerns, and upsell when appropriate.
• Provide updates, estimates, and inspection results in a timely manner.
• Answer calls promptly and courteously to satisfy inquiries.
• Review completed work, recommendations, and collect payments.
• Utilize DMS and other software to access service history, schedule appointments, and manage repair orders.
• Provide excellent service and review customer satisfaction surveys.
