Formación

• Excellent listening and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Communicating with customers — explaining repairs, answering questions, and providing estimates.
• Scheduling appointments — prioritizing repairs and scheduling service times.
• Documenting services — recording all services that were approved or declined.
• Processing payments — handling orders, invoices, and payments.
• Following up with customers — keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicles.
• Quality control — ensuring the work is completed as requested.
