Job summary

Zeyou Auto in Bellingham, WA is seeking a friendly Service Advisor to join our family-owned auto shop. You will greet customers, schedule service, explain estimates, and keep clients informed throughout the repair process.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily service schedule.
• Communicate repair recommendations and estimates with customers.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
• Prepare invoices and process payments.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
