Pajouh Automotive Center in Chico, CA is seeking a Service Advisor to be the face of the service department. You will bridge clients and technicians, transforming stressful car issues into a top-tier hospitality experience.

You will greet guests, document symptoms, and educate customers on maintenance, while providing transparent estimates and keeping clients informed with daily updates. A collaborative team environment and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately capture vehicle symptoms on repair orders and, when needed, perform road tests with a client.

• Provide transparent, accurate estimates for parts and labor with daily status updates and necessary approvals.
• Manage the lifecycle of the repair order from handshake to final invoice, coordinating with technicians to hit promised times.

• Advise, Don't Sell: Use your expertise and vehicle histories to educate clients on manufacturer‑recommended maintenance, helping them protect their investment long‑term.
• Own the Communication: Provide transparent, accurate estimates for parts and labor. No surprises—you’ll keep clients fully informed with daily status updates and secure proper approvals before a single wrench turns.
• Drive Efficiency: Manage the lifecycle of the repair order from the first handshake to the final invoice, collaborating closely with technicians to hit your "promised times."
