Job Purpose

Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department at assigned Ron Marhofer Auto Family dealership. Write repair orders, provide cost estimates, coordinate with technicians, and deliver seamless, exceptional service from check-in to delivery.

• Preferred: 1-2+ years of dealership service advisor experience with a proven record of driving CSI.
• Experience in upselling maintenance services and managing high-volume service drives.
