Job summary

Job Purpose:

• Deliver safe, accurate vehicle repairs that meet manufacturer and dealership quality standards. Ensure customer satisfaction through technical expertise, efficient service, regulatory compliance, and continuous professional development.

• ASE certifications in transmission, engine performance, HVAC, drivetrain, brakes, diesel diagnostics, CNG vehicles, and manufacturer-specific training preferred.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with scan tools, repair procedures, documentation, teamwork, and time management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications and a valid driver's license.

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

• ASE-certified expertise in automatic transmissions, engine performance, HVAC, manual drivetrain, brakes, diesel diagnostics, and alternative fuel vehicles.
• OEM repair knowledge, continuous learning, leadership, and customer-focused communication.
