Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to the problem, collect customer and vehicle information.
• Inspect vehicles for bodywork as needed and notify the customer if work is required.
• Secure agreement on repairs, cover cost estimates, and provide timing expectations.
• Advise customers on car care and long-term maintenance per manufacturer guidelines.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up on repair progress.
• Deliver vehicles and review work performed, including charges and coverage.
