Jim Click Hyundai Auto Mall in Tucson is seeking a Service Advisor to guide customers through the service process, request repairs, and build trust for long-term career growth in automotive service.

You'll greet customers, document concerns, present repairs with clear pricing, and collaborate with technicians to ensure timely work while delivering a positive, professional experience.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers and assist them throughout the service process.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs.
• Present recommended repairs, maintenance, and pricing clearly.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs.
• Provide vehicle status updates and follow up as needed.
• Prepare and finalize repair orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver a positive, professional customer experience.
