As a Service Advisor, you will build trust with customers, communicate with technicians, and help drive service department success in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. 18+ and clean driving record required.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service adviser or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
• Ability to learn dealership systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers and assist them throughout the service process.
