Job summary

All American Chevrolet of Killeen is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, explain service options and prepare repair orders. You will review estimates, coordinate with technicians, and manage vehicle flow in the service department.

This role blends customer service with administrative duties, demanding attention to detail and clear communication. A flexible schedule is required; base pay plus commission reflects dealership expectations. Experience with ADP and inspections is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow dealership processes and policy.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and greet customers.
• Identify, confirm and resolve customer concerns; explain costs and timelines.
• Assess needs with vehicle walk-arounds and attain agreement for service.
• Write accurate repair orders using ADP; follow ICC/ICC2 processes.
• Provide estimates, obtain approvals to review findings and prices.
• Dispatch orders to technicians and communicate service progress to customers.
• Follow up during repairs and ensure smooth delivery of the vehicle.
• Ensure Sales 2 Service process is completed with clear customer expectations.
