Job summary

Bobcat - GDN is seeking a Service Advisor to guide customers on parts and service options for their equipment. You will gain extensive product knowledge and provide honest guidance with a friendly smile, supported by in-house training.

This full-time role offers Monday–Friday hours, 7am–5pm, competitive compensation, benefits and opportunities for advancement within a customer-focused service team.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Able to manage heavy phone volume with great data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Professional, hard-working and team-oriented with a customer-friendly approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and maintain a positive relationship to ensure repeat business.
• Consult with technicians about needed repairs and optional alternatives.
• Schedule service work and supervise administration and warranty tasks.
• Communicate with the Parts team for parts needs and enter correctly on orders.
• Explain technicians discovery clearly to customers.
• Maintain workload in a fast-paced environment with multitasking.
