Qualifications

• Ability to handle heavy phone volume with strong data entry and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and maintain a positive relationship to ensure repeat business.

• Communicate with Parts team for parts needs and ensure service orders are accurate.
• Explain findings to customers and provide clear recommendations.
