Gulf States Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor – Automotive to greet customers, schedule service appointments and act as the liaison between customers and service technicians. You will listen to repair needs and provide clear estimates, while upholding dealership policies and high standards of service.

Responsibilities include upselling services with integrity, managing warranties, following up on repairs, and maintaining CSI scores as part of daily service operations.

• Handle minor customer concerns and complaints.
• Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards.
