Job summary

Transwest, Inc. in Fountain, CO is seeking a Service Advisor for the 2nd shift to meet with customers, listen to vehicle concerns, and explain required repairs and maintenance options.

You will upsell services and parts, prepare quotes, obtain customer authorization, coordinate with the foreman, and keep the customer informed as repairs progress, including securing payment upon completion.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
• Ability to multitask and detail-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine the type of service(s) required and prepare a service order.
• Engage in upsells and promotions for additional equipment and services.
• Obtain customer authorization and signatures for all repairs.

• Communicate with the customer and foreman during repairs.
• Work with the foreman to ensure the repair is completed.
• Prepare and invoice repair order (RO).
• Contact the customer for pick up or delivery.
• Ensure that a secured payment is made prior to releasing serviced vehicles.
