Job summary

Sahling Kenworth is seeking a Service Advisor to provide outstanding customer service in our dealership. You will open work orders, discuss service needs with customers, and coordinate repairs with the shop team. Excellent communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to work up to 12 hours may be required.

The role involves explaining payment options, maintaining customer updates during repairs, and ensuring accurate warranty knowledge and closeouts of service orders.

Responsibilities

• Open work orders.

• Maintain knowledge of OEM and vendor warranties.
• Close repair orders.
• Work with shop foremen to schedule service repairs.
