Ray Laks Honda in Orchard Park, NY is seeking a Service Advisor to join the on-site service team. You will promote clear communication between customers and technicians, identify vehicle concerns, and prepare precise estimates for parts and labor.

You will manage repair orders, inform customers about timelines and costs, and verify warranty coverage. A high school diploma and 1+ year experience are required, with Saturday availability emphasized.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience.
• 1+ years of experience with vehicle systems and maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Compensation

Estimated Annual Compensation: $50,000 to $90,000 (Earnings based on performance, experience, and commission)
