Job summary

Swickard Auto Group in Thousand Oaks is launching a new Cadillac service drive and seeks a guest-first Service Advisor to lead the guest experience from write-up to delivery.

You’ll translate repair details into clear communications, build accurate estimates, coordinate with technicians, and help shape a ground-breaking operation while enjoying a strong earning potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Guest-first service advisor focused on guest relationships.
• Track record of CSI and NPS performance.
• Experience with Cadillac, luxury or domestic brands is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for Cadillac guests from write-up to delivery.
• Translate repair details into clear, confident communication.
• Build accurate estimates and realistic timelines; follow through.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep workflows moving.
• Identify and present additional service recommendations for safety and performance.
• Deliver a white-glove pickup and delivery experience aligned with Cadillac standards.
• Maintain records in the DMS and uphold compliance.
• Help shape the culture and standards of a new Cadillac service operation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Cadillac guests throughout the service process -- from write-up to delivery
• Translate technical repair information into clear, confident communication that earns trust and sets accurate expectations
• Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise made to the guest
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule
• Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance
• Deliver a white-glove pickup and delivery experience consistent with the Cadillac brand standard
• Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold all documentation and compliance standards
• Contribute to building the culture, process, and standard of a new Cadillac service operation from the ground up

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of service advisor experience in a franchised dealership -- Cadillac, luxury, or domestic brand experience strongly preferred
• A guest-centric mindset -- you measure your success by how the guest feels when they leave, not just by repair order count
• Track record of strong CSI and NPS performance and repeat guest relationships
• Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred
• Clear, composed communicator -- able to manage high volume without losing attention to the guest experience
• A builder's mindset -- you're energized by the opportunity to help shape a new service operation, not just maintain an existing one
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
