Swickard Auto Group’s Audi Oakland location is seeking a hospitality-minded Service Advisor. You will be the main guest contact from write-up to delivery, translating repair details into clear, trustworthy guidance while building precise, realistic timelines.

No automotive experience is required; we hire for mindset and train the brand knowledge. Earn potential ranges from $50,000 to $120,000+ OTE with comprehensive training and benefits in a high-energy Bay Area market.

Qualifications

• Experience in service advising or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate technical repair information into clear explanations for guests.
• Attention to detail and reliability in estimating and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process—from write-up to delivery.
• Translate technical repair information into clear, confident communication that earns trust and sets accurate expectations.
• Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise to the guest.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule.
• Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance.
• Deliver a white-glove pickup and delivery experience consistent with the Audi brand standard.
• Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold all documentation and compliance standards.
• Represent Audi Oakland with the professionalism, expertise, and genuine hospitality the brand and its guests expect.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Service advisor experience preferred -- not required. Hospitality, sales, retail, or other guest-facing backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience a significant plus -- familiarity with R&R is a real advantage in this role
• Polished, professional communicator -- Audi guests are enthusiastic and informed, and they appreciate an advisor who matches that energy
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail -- accurate estimates, realistic timelines, and disciplined follow-through are non-negotiable
• Self-motivated with a genuine drive to serve people well and grow your earnings
• Comfortable learning DMS platforms and Audi service processes -- we'll train you on the brand
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• A hospitality mindset -- every guest interaction reflects the Audi standard and you take that seriously
