Job summary

O'Meara Volkswagen in Thornton, CO is seeking a Service Writer to join our VW team. The right candidate has automotive service advisor experience and a valid driver's license.

You will meet with customers, determine their needs, and oversee quality control to ensure vehicle repairs meet our standards. In this role you will coordinate with technicians, communicate progress to customers, drive customer satisfaction, and support retail promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid commercial driver's license and clean driving record.
• Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control.
• Automotive service advisor experience required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Proficient use of computers/business machines.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair or service.
• Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations.
• Maintain ethical standards, professional image, and customer service.
