This role offers a $55,000 base plus uncapped commission, plus benefits such as PTO, health/dental/vision, a 401k match, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Typing speed of 40+ Words Per Minute.
• Verifiable shop experience as Front Desk Sales/Advisor Sales/Management.
• Eligibility to work in California.
• Familiarity with repair and labor guides such as AllData or Mitchell products.
• Knowledge of the B.A.R. Write it Right standards.
