395 Auto & Performance LLC in Murrieta, CA is seeking a professional Service Advisor who can build trust with customers, educate them on needed repairs, and confidently recommend services to keep their vehicles safe and reliable.

You will guide customers through the repair process, present inspections and estimates, follow up on pending work, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, accurate diagnoses and repairs while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive Service Advisor experience (preferred).
• Strong automotive knowledge.
• Experience presenting estimates and closing sales.
• Excellent phone and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy shop.
• Computer proficiency (Tekmetric experience is a plus).
• Valid California Driver's License.
