Germain Honda of Surprise is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor in Surprise, AZ. The role centers on delivering exceptional customer experiences in the service lane as the initial contact for vehicle status, repairs and diagnostics.

You will write repair orders, coordinate with technicians, and ensure smooth service processes while maintaining professional customer interactions and documenting updates.

Qualifications
