Job summary

Germain Honda of Surprise is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane, serving as the first contact for vehicle status, repairs and diagnostics. You will be familiar with product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a service or retail environment.
• Strong record of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Organized and friendly personality with a professional appearance.
• Excellent communication skills with customers.
• Team-oriented and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer service calls and set/confirm appointments.
• Write and process repair orders.
