Job summary

Germain Honda of Surprise in Surprise, AZ is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane and serve as the primary contact for vehicle status, repairs and diagnostics. The role requires strong communication, organization and a customer-first mindset.

You will coordinate with technicians, manage appointments, and ensure accurate repair orders while guiding clients through the service process and warranty handling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in service/advisor role.
• Proven track record of delivering positive customer satisfaction.
