Germain Honda of Surprise in Surprise, AZ is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane. You will be the first contact for vehicle status, repairs and diagnostics and will work closely with technicians and customers to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in automotive service or related field.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between the technician and customer
• Assistyour client through the service process.
• Collaborate with various team members for loaner availability, proper warranty processing and disclosure

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years ofexperience
