Job summary

Germain Honda of Surprise in Surprise, AZ is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane, acting as the first contact for vehicle status, repairs and diagnostics. The role requires understanding product offerings, scheduling and strong customer service skills.

You will coordinate with technicians, wear multiple hats in a fast-paced shop environment and strive to deliver loyalty beyond reason through effective communication and organized processes.
