Lloyd Jaguar Land Rover Stockton is offering an apprentice Service Advisor role in a Permanent, Full Time capacity, Monday to Friday. The apprenticeship combines off-the-job training with on-the-job learning, and you will gain a nationally recognised qualification upon completion.

You will handle customer interactions professionally, advise on technical queries, book vehicles for service, and assist with selling repairs and parts while completing invoices.

• GCSEs grades 4 or above in English, Maths and two other subjects (or equivalent qualifications)
• Team player
• Dependable and punctual
• Attention to detail
• Ability to operate well under pressure

• Dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department.

The Role

The Training

Qualification: Level 2 Customer Service

Apprentices receive their off-the-job training at the state-of-the-art Manufacturer's Training Centre. This guarantees consistent training across the UK and enables our apprentices to study the most up-to-date products and technology. During the course, the training is conducted in both workshops and classroom settings.

Applicants Must Possess The Following
