Job summary

Moran Automotive Group in Port Huron, MI is seeking Experienced Service Technicians to diagnose and repair a broad range of vehicles. You will provide accurate labor estimates and maintain high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced shop environment.

We offer competitive pay, benefits, and a 5-day work week. ASE certification and GM dealership experience are preferred qualifications for advancement within our dealer network.

Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
• GM dealer experience preferred.
• ASE certification is preferred or required.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair light and heavy mechanical issues with vehicles.
• Perform the repairs specified on the customer repair order.
• Be able to work quickly and professionally on a wide variety of vehicles.
• Provide labor and time estimates for automotive repairs.
• Inspect and test new vehicles for necessary repairs.

• Team-oriented, reliable, and motivated individuals
• GM dealer experience preferred
• Previous experience as an automotive technician, mechanic, or other related field
• Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• ASE certified
