Job summary

Shottenkirk Toyota San Antonio is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to deliver an outstanding ownership experience. You will greet customers, assess service needs, and communicate clearly with technicians to ensure timely, accurate repairs and a smooth check‑in to delivery process.

3+ years in automotive dealership service is required; Toyota experience is strongly preferred. A proven CSI track record, excellent communication, organization, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive dealership Service Advisor experience.
• Toyota dealership experience preferred.
• Proven history of achieving strong CSI scores.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to accurately recommend maintenance and repairs while earning customer trust.
• Experience managing a high-volume service drive.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and commitment to teamwork.
• Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty and maintenance programs.

Are you an experienced Automotive Service Advisor with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We are a growing Toyota dealership with a strong, employee-focused culture, and we're looking for a professional who is committed to providing an outstanding ownership experience while building long‑term customer relationships.

We are seeking a Service Advisor with a minimum of 3 years of dealership experience. Toyota experience is strongly preferred.
