Job summary

Shottenkirk Toyota San Antonio is hiring an experienced Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service from vehicle check-in to delivery. A strong emphasis on CSI and customer relationships.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of dealership experience, preferably in Toyota. You will communicate with customers and technicians, recommend maintenance, and help drive sales and retention in a high-volume service department.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of automotive dealership Service Advisor experience.
• Toyota dealership experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated CSI scores and customer service excellence.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to advise on maintenance and repairs while earning customer trust.
• Experience managing a high-volume service drive.
• Teamwork, professionalism, and positive attitude.
• Solid understanding of manufacturer warranty and maintenance programs.

We are seeking a Service Advisor with a minimum of 3 years of dealership experience. Toyota experience is strongly preferred.
