Job summary

Finnegan Auto Group in Texas is seeking a customer-focused service team member to oversee the drive lane and ensure a smooth, courteous experience for every customer. You will own the customer journey, respond to owner inquiries, and help optimize service operations with a professional presence.

• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
