Job summary

Finnegan Auto Group is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to oversee the drive lane, ensuring prompt and courteous service. You will take ownership of the customer experience and provide concierge support for owner inquiries, both in person and by phone.

Responsibilities include efficient task distribution among technicians and accurate service flow management. The role emphasizes a professional appearance, strong communication skills, and a track record of reliable driving and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out assignments to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, ensuring no mishandling of customer interactions.
• Ensure daily technician time is allocated and sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
