Job summary

Finnegan Auto Group in Rosenberg, TX is seeking a service-focused professional to manage the flow of the drive lane and ensure customers receive prompt, courteous service. You will take ownership of the customer experience and perform tasks that help the dealership leave a strong, positive impression.

Contributors must provide concierge support for owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, and help optimize daily technician time to meet service demand.

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane and ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by handling tasks that leave a positive dealership impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, by phone or in person, to ensure proper handling.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.

• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
