Job summary

JM Auto Service LLC in Providence, RI is seeking a Service Advisor to be the key link between customers and our technicians. You’ll greet clients, assess their needs, and present clear repair options while maintaining accurate records.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced shop. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification is a plus.
