Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
• Deep understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with dealership management software and standard office applications.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly as they arrive at the service department.
• Listen attentively to customer concerns and translate their needs into repair orders.
• Inspect vehicles with customers, explaining recommended services and their benefits.
• Provide accurate estimates for services and parts.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the technician team.
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any lingering questions.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process.
• Process service payments and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
